Where do I find and book packages on your website?

Please click on "Holiday" in the top menu and you will be able to select your preferred holiday destination (Country Name). Once you have made the selection of your preferred destination click the "Search" button all available packages for that destination will be displayed (The available packages may not fit on one page and you may have to browse through the next pages to find your desired package). Click on your desired package name and you will be able to view the package details and make bookings. Please feel free to contact our sales officers at (65) 6388 883 if you need any assistance.

What are the accepted modes of payment?

We accept payment made through Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards. We also accept payments made through bank deposits and wire transfer. Kindly ensure that payments are credited into our account before the stipulated payment due date and time. Payments not credited into our account will be considered as payment “not received”.

What does "Per person on twin sharing basis" mean?

This means that the rate is for one person when two people share a twin or double room.

What is the standard check-in and check-out time at the hotels?

Hotel’s standard check-in time is 1400 – 1500 hrs and check-out time is 1200 – 1300 hrs. This may vary at different cities. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges payable directly to the hotel if not confirmed with us before departure.

What are the charges if I cancel a Holiday Package?

Charges for cancellation vary for different tour packages. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for general cancellation policy. If there are any other policies that override these terms & conditions, these shall be mentioned in the cancellation policy while booking the tour.

What are the amendment / cancellations policies and charges for hotel bookings?

The cancellation policies of different hotels are different. These will be mentioned while you make the hotel booking.

What is included in the tour package I book?

You can find the inclusions of a package listed under the “Inclusions” tab while booking.

Are visa fees included in the tour package cost?

Please check under the “Inclusions” tab if visa fees are included. Visa fees (where applicable) need to be paid separately if visa fees have not been mentioned under “Inclusions”.

What are the different types of rooms available and their configuration?

The below room types are available:

Single: 01 Single, Super single, Queen or King Bed
Double: 01 Queen or King Bed
Twin: 02 Single beds
Bedding configurations are different at different hotels. Bedding configuration is not guaranteed while booking.

What are the charges for children travelling together with us?

Children aged below 3 are not charged for land package. However, they will be charged for air tickets and visa fees where applicable. Most hotels allow children aged 7 and below to share existing bedding with the parents. Breakfast for the child will however be charged. You are encouraged to take an extra bed for children aged above 7. If the child is sharing the existing bedding of the parents please book as “Child without Bed” and if the child requires an extra bed please book as “Child with Bed”.

A maximum of 3 person will be allowed in a room including children (unless otherwise indicated).

Do I require a visa for my holiday?

Visa requirements for visiting a country are different for different nationalities. Kindly check with our sales officers regarding the details on visa requirements for your trip.

How many person are allowed in a room?

A maximum of three person including children are allowed in a room (unless otherwise indicated).

How do I confirm that my booking was successful?

You will receive a confirmation email from us with the confirmation details.

Can I purchase a Travel Insurance?

We are an authorised sales agent of Travel Guard Insurance and we will recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your holiday.Please visit http://chariot.com.sg/insurance for more details.

I have not received the confirmation and other details for my booking?

You should receive a confirmation for your bookings within 24 hours of booking with us. If you still have not received the confirmation please call our customer care line at (65) 6388 8883.

Which numbers should I call if I wish to speak to a sales officer?

You can call our hotline at (65) 6388 8883 to speak to our friendly sales officers. Our operating hours are from 0900 – 1800 hrs (MON – FRI) and 0900 – 1400 hrs (SAT) Singapore time.

Can I make bookings via email or telephone?

You can call our hotline at (65) 6388 8883 or email us to make bookings for flight. However, we only take bookings via email or through our website for tour package bookings.

I don’t remember my password, how do I get a new one?

Please click on “Forgot Password” in the login page and you will be asked to enter your email address. Here, please enter the email address which you had used to register with us and click the “Send” button. Your password will be sent to this email address.
